Preparation: After your booking we accompany you by email to mentally prepare you for your break.
Individual deepening: For an even more intensive effect we recommend supplementary individual coaching for preparation or for the sustainable return to your everyday life. The coaching is optionally bookable and helps you to change your personal digital habits in the long term.

A balanced mix of nature, physical activity and mental stimulation – without mandatory program, performance or group pressure. You are free in your design and at the same time never left on your own.
Deposit: 30% due immediately upon booking
Remaining payment: 70% due 7 weeks before retreat start
